Eye Candy was started recently in 2006 by owner’s of a freelance graphic design studio “Mardigrass Creatives” (Composed of Manila Based Graphic Designers also young Contemporary Visual Artists practicing Multimedia Art- Digital / Video , Painting& Installation). Apperley Eye Candy’s Concept is ;Designto bring a fresh alternative to overpriced galleries and mass-produced prints. With Eye Candy, you are in control of your art, you can choose the style, colour and size of your prints, you can even choose to split your chosen images to spread over 2, 3 or even 4 canvases. Eye Candy offers graphic rendition printed on actual canvas defined as Giclée. It is an advanced printmaking process for creating high-quality reproductions of fine art used by many artists and museums abroad and locally to make prints of their paintings. In Giclée printing, no screen or other mechanical devices are used and therefore there is no visible dotscreen pattern.The image has all the tonalities and hues of the original painting. Giclee (pronounced Gee’clay) is a French term meaning to spray or squirt, which is how an inkjet printer works. Asides from canvas we also print your customized art on paper,with also types of paper to choose from and frame it to complete your request. We have a wide range selection of designs to choose from and we customize depending on what you want for your interior. If you do not prefer print, we also make actual paintings rendered in acrylic.
